We place the utmost importance on environmental protection. Like occupational safety, environmental protection is one of BIOS's core values. Both form the cornerstones of our company policy and underpin all guidelines within our safety, health and environment (SHE) management system, placing these values at the heart of the entire company. In 1987, our commitment to environmentally friendly technology was recognised by the city of Stuttgart, which awarded BIOS an environmental prize for our eco-friendly vehicles. Today, a large part of our fleet consists of electric vehicles and trucks equipped with BlueTEC technology, and it still complies with the most advanced environmental standards available. Furthermore, we continue to make steady progress in this area. We are certified as a specialist company in accordance with Section 19 of the German Federal Water Act and are regularly audited.
